Consumer terms for mosion.app covering use of the public site, the waitlist, and the MOSION app when it becomes available.
Use of the service
Access to mosion.app and any MOSION consumer product is subject to these terms. By submitting your email to the waitlist or using the service, you agree to be bound by them.
You may use MOSION for lawful personal purposes only. You may not use the service to distribute harmful content, attempt to circumvent access controls, reverse engineer any part of the product, or interfere with the service or other users.
Content and access
Films and content available on MOSION are licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Recordings, redistribution, public screenings, or commercial use of any content accessed through the service are not permitted without explicit written authorisation.
Access to specific films is granted for the access window stated at the time of purchase or rental. MOSION reserves the right to update, remove, or restrict content at any time in line with licensing obligations.
Limitation of liability
MOSION is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MOSION will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may notify registered users of material changes by email.
