These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mosion — our website, mobile apps and TV apps. Mosion is operated by our registered company in Nigeria (RC No. 9433196). By creating an account, buying a ticket, or otherwise using Mosion, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, and able to make purchases, to use Mosion. Some titles carry age ratings; you are responsible for viewing content appropriate to your age and for any account you allow others to access.

Your account

You need an account to buy and watch films. Provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and do not share them. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Your films and library follow your account across your devices. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Tickets and access

Mosion is pay-per-view. When you buy a ticket, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to watch that film under the access type and access window shown at the point of purchase. A ticket is personal to your account, like a cinema seat — it cannot be shared, resold or transferred.

  • Stream a film you have bought in your browser, in the mobile app, or on your TV app.
  • Download in the mobile app to watch offline within your access window, where the film offers a download option.
  • Pre-order a premiere and it unlocks the moment the film goes live.

Access windows, availability and playback options are set per title and shown before you pay. Some titles may be stream-only or restricted to certain devices.

Prices and payment

Ticket prices start from ₦4,000 and the exact price is shown before you pay. On the web and on iOS, payments are processed by Flutterwave via card or bank transfer. On Android, purchases are made through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google’s terms. The price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees, is the price you pay for that ticket. Prices, titles and available payment methods may change over time.

Refunds and cancellations

Because a ticket gives near-immediate access to a film, tickets are generally non-refundable once viewing has started, except where a refund is required by law. If something goes wrong — a payment is taken in error, a film will not play, or you were charged incorrectly — contact [email protected] and we will investigate and make it right. Purchases made through Google Play may also be subject to Google’s refund process.

Acceptable use

The films on Mosion are protected by copyright and licensed to you only for personal, private viewing. You agree not to:

  • Copy, record, capture, download (outside the in-app offline feature), or redistribute any film or part of it.
  • Circumvent, disable, remove or interfere with our DRM, watermarking, or other security and content-protection measures.
  • Share your account or tickets with others, or use Mosion for any public, group or commercial screening.
  • Access the service through automated means, or attempt to probe, scan or disrupt our systems.
  • Use Mosion for any unlawful purpose or in breach of the rights of others.

Streams may carry watermarking that can trace a leak back to the source account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in piracy or fraud.

Content and intellectual property

Films and other content on Mosion remain the property of their respective rights holders and are made available under licence. Buying a ticket grants you a limited, personal licence to watch — it does not transfer any ownership, copyright or other rights in the film. The Mosion name, logo, software and design are owned by Mosion and may not be used without our permission.

Service availability (open beta)

Mosion is currently in open beta. Features, the catalogue, supported devices and these Terms may change as we move toward full launch. We aim for a reliable, uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, and we may add, change, suspend or remove features or titles.

Third-party services

Mosion relies on third-party services, including payment providers (Flutterwave and Google Play), app stores, and content-delivery and DRM partners. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Mosion and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users. Where your account is terminated for breach, you may lose access to films associated with it. Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licences, acceptable use, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

Disclaimers and liability

Mosion is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Mosion after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Mosion is operated by our registered company (RC No. 9433196). Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
